Use Remoted to access computers you own or are authorized to use. These terms explain the website, the current app and beta availability.

1. App license
The license for an app distributed by Apple is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate license is supplied with the download. TestFlight use is also subject to Apple's TestFlight terms. These website terms do not replace those agreements.
2. Authorized access
Only connect to computers and accounts you own or have permission to access. You are responsible for your host configuration, credentials, network route and compliance with the rules of the computer or network owner. Do not use Remoted to gain unauthorized access, interfere with systems or violate applicable law.
3. Connection requirements and security
Available connection modes and input controls depend on the host, network and app version. Remoted does not provide a hosted internet relay. Use trusted computers and networks, or a VPN you control. Standard pixel traffic is not encrypted after authentication, and account authentication does not verify host identity. Keep your devices and host software updated, protect your credentials and close sessions when you are finished.
4. Development and beta versions
Remoted is in development. Beta builds may be incomplete, change without notice, expire or stop working. Keep backups of important work and do not rely on a beta as your only way to reach a computer. The website does not promise a release date, uptime, support response time or availability of a particular feature.
5. Privacy and support
Our privacy policy describes the app's local storage, authentication, remote connections and this website. Contact cognik.dev@gmail.com for support. Do not include passwords or confidential computer content in your message.
6. Website content and third parties
Remoted's name, site design and original content belong to their respective rights holders. Apple, TestFlight, iPhone, iPad and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Remoted is not endorsed by Apple. Links to third-party services are governed by those services' own terms and policies.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The applicable app license governs its warranties and limitations; we do not create additional limitations through this website.
